When you sign in with Google, we request only your basic profile and email address. We use this information exclusively to create and identify your account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google service data. RetainAI relies on the following processors to deliver the service:

• OpenAI — to generate personalized retention messages.
• WhatsApp — to deliver messages you approve.
• Google — for optional sign-in.
• Cloud hosting providers — to store data and run the application.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, after which we will delete it except where retention is required by law.
