By accessing or using RetainAI you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

RetainAI provides tools to upload customer data, score retention risk, generate AI messages, and send approved messages via WhatsApp. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the customer data you upload.
• You must obtain any consent required to message your customers, including under applicable messaging and privacy laws.
• You must comply with WhatsApp's and OpenAI's terms when using those integrations.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You may not use RetainAI to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Paid plans, usage limits, and any fees are described in the app. Limits are enforced per plan. We may change plan terms with notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific retention or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetainAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
